First Home Buyer Conveyancing Rebate Promotion
1. The Offer & Rebate Structure Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Orca Home Loans will provide a cash rebate to eligible clients to subsidise or cover the standard Professional Conveyancing Fee charged by Kydon Segal Lawyers (the Designated Partner Conveyancing Firm).
The maximum rebate amount is tiered based on the final settled loan amount, as outlined below:

Tier 1 ($300,000 to $700,000): Maximum rebate of $500

Tier 2 ($700,001 to $1,000,000): Maximum rebate of $1,000

Tier 3 ($1,000,001 to $1,500,000): Maximum rebate of $1,500

Tier 4 ($1,500,001 and $2,000,000): Maximum rebate of $2,000

Tier 4 ($2,000,001 and above): Maximum rebate of $2,500
Note: The actual rebate paid to the client will be the lesser of the applicable tier's maximum amount OR the actual professional conveyancing fee invoiced by the Designated Partner Conveyancing Firm.
2. Promotional Period This offer is valid for new home loan applications where a Credit Proposal Disclosure is signed and submitted through Orca Home Loans between July 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
3. Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the conveyancing rebate, the client must meet all of the following conditions:

Be purchasing their first home (First Home Buyers).

Engage Orca Home Loans to broker their property finance.

Successfully obtain formal home loan approval and proceed to property settlement.

The settled home loan amount must be a minimum of $300,000.

Engage the Designated Partner Legal Firm to act on the purchase of the property.
4. Exclusions and Client Responsibilities This rebate applies strictly to the partner firm's Fixed Professional Fees for a standard residential property purchase.

Disbursements: The client is solely responsible for all disbursements and out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the conveyancing process (including but not limited to property searches, building and pest reports, strata reports, and government registration fees).

Initial Deposit: The client is responsible for paying any non-refundable upfront deposit required by the legal firm for contract reviews.

Complex Purchases: Additional professional fees charged for off-the-plan purchases, commercial properties, or complex trust structures that exceed the standard professional fee cap will be the responsibility of the client.
5. Payment of Rebate The rebate is not provided as an upfront discount. The rebate will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly into the client’s nominated bank account within 14 days following the successful settlement of the home loan and receipt of the final invoice from the Designated Partner Conveyancing Firm.
6. General Conditions

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Orca Home Loans promotion or cashback offer.

If the property purchase falls through or the home loan does not reach settlement, no rebate will be paid.

Orca Home Loans reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
